Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PavoAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@pavoai.net.

Description of Service

PavoAI is an AI video generation and AI short-film production platform. It offers text-to-video, image-to-video, and AI editing features powered by third-party AI models (such as Veo, Kling, and Sora) through a unified studio, billed through pre-purchased credits. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach at support@pavoai.net.

Acceptable Use

AI video generation can create realistic moving imagery, so you agree not to:

• Generate content that depicts real, identifiable people without their consent, or that impersonates anyone in a misleading way.
• Create sexually explicit material involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors in any form.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party, including uploading images or footage you do not have the rights to use.
• Produce content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent, or that spreads misinformation intended to deceive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell or provide automated mass-generation access to the Service without our written permission.

Your Content and AI Output

You retain ownership of the prompts you enter and the media you upload, and you are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use them. Subject to your plan's terms, you own the videos you generate with PavoAI and may use them for personal or commercial projects. You acknowledge that AI output may resemble existing works, and you are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or monetizing it.

Credits and Billing

The Service is paid for with credits. Credits you purchase do not expire. Paid features are billed in advance for the selected package. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Generation costs are deducted once a task is submitted to a model and are non-refundable after successful generation. Refunds for failed generations and other cases are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@pavoai.net.

Third-Party Models

Videos are generated by third-party AI models accessed through PavoAI. Model availability, quality, and behavior are controlled by their providers; results are provided "as is" and may vary. We do not guarantee any specific output for a given prompt.

Intellectual Property

The PavoAI platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms, in particular the Acceptable Use rules. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the Service.
